what can a small business automate?
start with work that repeats and follows clear steps: intake, follow-ups, data entry or invoice reminders. tell us how you handle it today, including the awkward exceptions. the audit sorts it 60 / 30 / 10 and tells you what should run on its own.
do i need ai automation?
you might not. sometimes the useful fix is a clearer process or a better setup in a tool you already use. the audit starts with how the work gets done today. an ai build isn't the automatic next step.
will an ai agent spend money without asking?
no. anything that could cost you money needs a person's sign-off. we define those approval points as part of the build, alongside the job the agent handles and when it hands back to you.
